Harrow was a microwave radio auxiliary (relay) station, linking the main station and toll switching center at Cherryville, NJ with the main station at Finland, PA. The tower holds two pairs of KS-15676 horn-reflector antennas.
Harrow was turned down after the radio routes it served were replaced by fiber-optic cables. The station is now owned by American Tower Corporation, which leases space at the facility to cellular and other wireless communications customers.
