The date and location of this photo are not known, so it is not certain that the photo depicts the recovery effort after the 1961 bombing. However, the back of the print has notations "D36382" and "54-5 Ford" in pencil, and these markings are similar to those on another print labeled "Cedar Mtn Utah", acquired in the same lot.
Dennis D. Hock has determined that the trucks are actually 1956 Fords, distinguished from the '53-'55 models by a slightly different cab (with a wrap-around windshield) and grille.
